Josh Lucas Racing finds new partnership with Larry Shaw Chassis, JLR will return to the track soon!

ST. LOUIS, MO (June 17th, 2009) -- Josh Lucas Racing is happy to announce a recent trip to Batesville, AR to purchase a 2009 Larry Shaw Chassis to finish out the remainder of the 2009 racing season. The team has been talking to Larry Shaw Racing since Sept of 2008 and after last week's misfortunes the team has been forced to make some big changes as far as the manufacture of their race car.

After spending over 3 hours with Kevin Shaw of Larry Shaw Chassis the team now has a very positive outlook for the remainder of the 2009 season as they will be piloting a new Larry Shaw Modified Chassis. The information and feedback from Kevin Shaw was amazing and the team can really see a great second half of the 2009 racing season right around the corner.

This past weekend the wrenches were turning when crew members, family and friends all joined in to make the first appearance in the new Shaw Chassis a reality. The team is working hard to put the car together and get back on the race track.
